IntakeFlow ™
AI prescreener and intake workspace for home health agencies. Reads referral packets in under a minute, scores PDGM, and returns a cited verdict so coordinators can accept the right patients before another agency does. HIPAA-grade infrastructure, BAA included.
Small operator, real problems, sustained work.
Sigla is a small operating company, not a portfolio or a vehicle. Each product is built because someone with direct knowledge of the work (admissions, shopping) hit the same wall repeatedly and decided the tool should exist.
Both products share an engineering stack and security posture (Supabase, Google Cloud for PHI workloads, strict RLS, encryption at rest and in transit, quarterly audits). Both are run from Virginia. Both are maintained week to week, not launched and abandoned. If you reach out, you are reaching the person who wrote the code.
